The purchase of any artwork or print grants you ownership of the physical piece only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, scanning, printing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any visual art, designs, or content from this site without our express written permission.

Section 3 - Accuracy, Pricing, & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your payment has already been processed and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.

Section 4 - Fulfilment, Shipping, & Risk of Loss

Orders are packaged carefully to ensure safe transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to third-party courier services or custom production workflows. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for providing current, accurate, and complete shipping and contact information. We are not liable for non-delivery or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

Section 5 - Returns, Refunds, & Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with statutory rights. Section 6 - Business-to-Business Purchases

If you are acquiring products or services from Art & Realism for business, commercial, or resale purposes, you acknowledge and agree that the consumer guarantees contained in the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply, as permitted by section 43(2) of that Act.

Section 7 - Product Colors & Display

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and visual qualities of our artwork and prints. However, because actual colors depend on your screen settings and display calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% exact.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to upload malicious code or viruses; or (e) to scrape or collect personal information of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violating any prohibited uses.
