EASY RETURNS
Physical Products
We really hope and trust you will adore and love your new art prints and products from Art & Realism.
If there is a possibility you don't love your new art or framed art, or it doesn't fit your fabulous vibe, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange, store credit or full refund providing the product is in it's original condition.
To accept your return, it must be within 30 days of receiving your goods and it must be returned in tip top condition at your own cost.
Unframed prints/artwork/decor - 30 days return for refund, store credit or exchange
Framed prints/artwork/decor - 30 days return for store credit or exchange
* Please note: we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, gift cards, free stuff or sale items!
To return items, please contact us between business hours of 9am-5pm week days (we do not operate on weekends or public holidays), or email us providing us with your order number and details of your return. We are not liable for missing art if your returning courier service doesn't offer tracking.
We recommend using the original packaging we sent to you, to safely return your unwanted print to minimise the risk of damage, for a successful return to be accept.
For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to replace the damaged print at no additional cost to you.
Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.

Digital Products
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our digital products, gift cards, free stuff, or digital sale items.
Damages, faulty and issues, incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take great care to ensure your orders are protected in transit and with the use of couriers. In an unfortunate event where your order does not arrive in tip top condition please email us and we will try fix the issue immediately and to the best we can. You may be asked to provide evidence of the damaged/faulty or incorrect goods, photos, etc.
Once your item has been inspected and confirmed, will exchange it for exactly the same item. If the item is out of stock you will be advised immediately and will have the opportunity to choose another product of the same value in our store, or apply for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; Digital Products, Perishable Goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), Custom Products (such as special orders or personalised items), Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, sale items, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on any of products, this includes;
- framed art prints, framed artwork, framed decor
- digital products
- gift card
- free stuff
- sale items
Exchange returns (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email us and send your item to;

REFUNDS
If you’d like to return your print or artwork, you are responsible for getting it back to us in perfect condition. Get in touch and we will let you know what to do next and get it back to us, at your own cost We will be happy to offer you; either a store credit or refund (exclusive of any shipping costs).
Please carefully repackage (like the packaging you received it in). We recommend using a tracked, or signed courier service to ensure it arrives back to us safely. Once we’ve received and inspected the art, we can organise a store credit or refund.
Refunds are not given on large format prints, custom designs and sale items. If you would like a replacement check with us in advance to see if it is in stock, limited edition prints sell out.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements of orders if you change your mind or have chosen the wrong size. We have a print-on-demand printing and manufacturing process and we don't accomodate this change.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards, Gifts + Conditions
If the item was marked as a gift card when purchased it will be electronically delivered to you. You will receive a email gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
1. Art & Realism electronic e-Gift Cards;
(i) Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash;
(ii) This card has no value until activated at time of purchase;
(iii) To redeem this card, check your email receipt from us and find the unique code and enter at checkout; any balance remaining to pay can be paid with a credit card by prompted instructions before completely checking out;
(iiii) Values between $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $500 can be applied to each card;
(v) No change will be given, but balances may be redeemable on subsequent purchases;
(vi) These electronic Gift Cards are redeemable at www.artandrealism.com online store;
Please note: Art & Realism is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. This card expires 12 months after issue or from the date the card was last topped up. Any balance that remains on expiry will no longer be available to use.
