In late 2021, during a COVID lockdown, Paul faced a severe stroke, leaving him with right-side hemiparesis and aphasia. His work has garnered attention for its visual appeal and the depth of emotion and meaning infused into each piece.
Amid rehabilitation, art has become his therapeutic outlet, driven by an unyielding passion for self-expression and a commitment to reclaiming his life. Paul symbolises unwavering determination, transforming physical limitations into an opportunity for creativity.
