As a practising artist for over 30 years, Sarah has sold work in New Zealand and overseas to happy collectors of her work. She currently lives and works in Auckland and often focuses on local landscapes and notable scapes of New Zealand.

Sarah has painted landscapes, seascapes, portraits and still life including floral subjects. This skill gives her the alacrity and adaptability to explore and create a wide variety of paintings. She is interested in colour, design in composition and is forever on a search for unique compositions and nothing is too much for her to paint as she has and is exploring many subjects and mediums. 

Sometimes Sarah’s compositions will have a unique element added, such as a glaze of paint to describe the clearing of a sun shower or the lines of the wake in the water of a race. Her work is pared down to what will be most impactful as a composition and she looks forward to the years ahead of producing more inspiring and uplifting work.
