About this print
Hand-painted with oil on canvas, this colourful scene of Cape Reinga Lighthouse captures the brilliance of the Northern tip of New Zealand. Cape Reinga is the northern-most point of New Zealand and the location is of spiritual significance to Māori. It is said that this area marks the departure point for spirits leaving Aotearoa and that people visiting the area have experienced a deep sense of peace and awe. The topography of the area is equally significant as the terrain and geography have been compared to that of Australia. Our default frame is a premium quality moulded Boxed Frame. Locally sourced and made in NZ the boxed frame is a modern & contemporary frame with 20mm mouldings & 30mm depth - available in Natural Oak, Black or White. All framed prints are MDF backed and supplied with hanging fittings ready to hang.
Unframed A4 to A2 sized prints are placed in a clear sleeve with cardboard backer then sent & delivered flat-packed. A1 & A0 unframed prints are sent in a cardboard tube. All Framed prints are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, branded and placed in a protective cardboard box made to size.
All A0 framed prints cannot be shipped nationwide. All A0 framed prints need to be collected from our local supplier located in Ponsonby, Auckland.
